Ways to Volunteer
We truly have an opportunity for every talent, passion, or skill level. Here is a list of some of the volunteer opportunities - please contact the coordinator at vp-volunteers@sphsband.org if you want to know more!
For our program to be successful, we ask for each family to volunteer 20 hours minimum. Many hands make light work! Find the opportunity that best fits your interests and talents and use the SignUpGenius links below. We all thank you for your time. Any volunteers working directly with kids will also need to fill out the volunteer application on the RRISD website.

Pre-Performance Meals - help distribuite meals to students
Pit/Prop Crew - help build props for the show and load/transport equipment
Chaperones - monitor and care for students at all games and competitions
Varsity Concessions - sell food and drinks during home games
JV Concessions - sell food and drinks during home games at Tiger Field
Concessions
We support concessions for Stony Point Freshman, JV, and Varsity football, as well as at the middle schools. Unless the family is volunteering regularly in another position, we are asking that each family work at least 3 concession stands per season (at least 2 of which must be varsity stands). If you have questions about HeMS, HMS, or sub-varsity concessions, please email the concessionaire at concessionaire@sphsband.org. For questions about Varsity concessions, please email the BCOB Director at sphs@rrbcob.org.
Everyone is welcome to volunteer whenever it fits your schedule, but we especially encourage you to sign up during your band section host week. Click the links below on each game to sign up.
